Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. You will show the community, greet prospective residents, tour units, qualify leads, and sign leases. Daily on-site attendance and effective follow-up are essential.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements. Compensation includes a total rewards package and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and tour the community and sign a lease.
• Close sales through appointments, tours, lead follow-up and model unit maintenance.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with lease audits and turnover.
