You will qualify applicants, coordinate move-in preparations, and deliver outstanding service to residents while supporting occupancy and rent growth. Strong communication and organization are essential, with familiarity in a Windows environment and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospects and answer questions about amenities, community and grounds.
• Highlight the quality of the community and lifestyle to drive sales.
• Qualify prospects for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver unmatched service to residents and maintain retention.
• Coordinate paperwork and office activities related to rentals.
