Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Frisco, CO. You will manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property.

Regular onsite presence is required, you will greet prospects, tour the community, and close leases. The role involves performing leasing paperwork, handling resident inquiries, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to ongoing resident retention efforts.

Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with renewals and audits.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and the turn process; support annual marketing plan outreach.
