Job summary

Responsibilities

• Marketing the community and following up on leads to cultivate relationships with prospective residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance residents' experiences and maintain property appeal and functionality.
• Respond to sales leads and provide information on availability, pricing, location and amenities.
• Invite and schedule tours, use effective selling techniques to close deals.
• Explain lease provisions and policies, conduct move-in orientations, and ensure thorough move-in procedures.
