Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite presence is required to greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

You will maintain leasing data, assist with market surveys, respond to leads within 24 hours, and support resident retention programs while ensuring excellent customer service and a strong property image.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Regular on-site attendance is required; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases.
• Close sales with tours, appointments, and follow-ups; complete leasing paperwork.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support in developing and implementing resident retention programs and events.
