Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations at the property.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support in implementing market surveys and annual marketing plan outreach.
