Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite presence is required to greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales through appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing strategies to increase property traffic and leasing goals.
• Manage customer service and respond to resident requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and annual marketing outreach.
