Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales: make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, follow up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing strategies to increase traffic and leasing goals.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Address resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in resident retention programs (events, promos, newsletter).
• Contribute to upkeep of office, common areas, and model.
• Support marketing outreach and annual plan execution.
• Review market surveys to generate ideas and inform planning.
• Maintain product knowledge of property and market conditions; complete weekly surveys.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely response to service requests.
• Present a positive image of the community to achieve objectives.
• Enforce community policies delegated by supervisor.
