Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. You will show units, qualify prospects, tour communities, and close leases while maintaining accurate records and supporting retention programs.

Qualifications

• On-site software functions and basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle property leasing and administration tasks on-site.
• Greet, tour, qualify, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Maintain accurate leasing data and respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and events.
• Support in market surveys and analysis to improve leasing performance.
