Job summary

Quinn Residences is seeking a Leasing Manager to support the Portfolio Manager at our Canton, GA location. This in-person role requires leasing duties, rent collection, and resident relations to maintain community objectives.

Responsibilities include showing properties, processing leases, maintaining Yardi records, and ensuring compliance with local laws and company standards. Experience in apartment leasing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• Customer Service experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Accounting experience desired but not required.
• At least 2 years of apartment related experience either as a leasing consultant or Assistant Community Manager required

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing activities and support the Portfolio Manager.
• Ensure timely collection of rental income and deposits.
• Show, Lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Maintain records in Yardi and prepare leasing reports.
• Adhere to company policies and state laws; prepare notices.
• Coordinate resident activities and respond to complaints.
• Assist with inspections of vacant homes.
