Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in West Des Moines to manage property leasing, marketing, and resident relations. The role requires daily on-site presence, strong customer service, and effective lead follow-up to meet leasing targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lease and administer leasing processes at the property.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Close sales by generating leads, conducting tours, and following up with applicants.
