Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a West Des Moines community. The role involves on-site presence, tours, showing apartments, signing leases, and maintaining accurate leasing data daily.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach.
• Contribute to maintaining model units and office cleanliness.
