Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to oversee leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at our Daytona Beach-area property. The role requires regular on-site attendance and hands-on leasing activities to greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

You will manage leasing paperwork, assist with audits, walk units, and contribute to retention programs while maintaining data accuracy and timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Attend on-site daily to show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and completing paperwork.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support in developing resident retention programs and coordinate marketing efforts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and enforce community policies as directed.
