Qualifications

• Creative mindset with interest or experience in social media content creation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Adoor Property Management as the first contact for prospective residents.
• Answer questions, qualify leads, communicate community features and benefits clearly.
• Conduct in-person and virtual tours highlighting amenities and value.
• Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversions and occupancy.
• Assist with lease signings, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents.
