Adoor Property Management is seeking an onsite Leasing Associate to join our property management team. You will serve as the first contact for prospects, conduct tours, and promote the community’s features to drive occupancy while delivering excellent resident service.

The role blends leasing expertise with marketing support, social media engagement, and event coordination to enhance the resident experience. Prior leasing or hospitality experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with prospects and residents.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
• Creative mindset with interest or experience in social media content creation.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with property management software and CRMs is a plus.

Mansioni

• Represent Adoor Property Management as the first point of contact for prospective residents.
• Conduct in-person and virtual tours, highlight amenities, and communicate value.
• Assist with lease signings, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Create engaging content for social media and promote leasing specials and events.
• Coordinate resident events and maintain accurate records in PM systems.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies and keep leasing spaces tour-ready.
