Arden Property Group Inc. is seeking a Leasing Specialist to lease apartments and townhomes, greet prospects, and build community through on-site events while delivering excellent customer service to residents. The role requires coordinating tours, processing leases, and maintaining move-in quality.

You will manage showings, assist with marketing outreach, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic. A high school diploma is required, and familiarity with Yardi is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• Experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Understanding of vacancy procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of the community and qualify prospective residents.
• Ensure the community is show-ready daily by inspecting grounds and vacant units.
• Inspect apartments and townhomes prior to move-in for readiness.
• Use Yardi to track availability, leasing activity, and showings.
• Provide stellar customer service to residents and prospects.
• Plan and host resident events and marketing outreach.
