Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and on-site software use required.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge are expected.
• On-site role requiring regular attendance and multitasking across leasing duties.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; conduct property tours and sign leases.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing, outreach, and market surveys to drive property traffic.
