Qualifications

• On-site software proficiency required; basic computer skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Maintain accurate leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and complete move-in processes.
• Conduct market surveys and contribute to marketing plans to increase traffic.
• Handle resident concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
