Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist who is passionate about developing people and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will support onboarding, leadership development, service excellence initiatives, and learning programs that empower our people to thrive.

As part of the People & Culture team, you will partner with leaders to cultivate talent, strengthen engagement, and deliver exceptional Four Seasons experiences.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Learning & Development or related role.
• Experience in hotel operations, preferably luxury hospitality.
• Experience with Forbes Service Standards preferred.
• Knowledge of AAA Diamond Program preferred.
• Ability to read and work with computer systems at 60 wpm.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; 10-key by touch.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Embark onboarding experience with warm welcome and introduction to Four Seasons culture.
• Coordinate and deliver core learning programs with the Learning & Development Manager.
• Support learning administration, tracking, and reporting through the Learning Platform.
• Partner with operational leaders to support service excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate and track annual Ethics, Safety, and OSHA training programs.
• Assist with the Certified Departmental Trainer program including coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with leaders to design engaging learning experiences that elevate service.
• Support learning initiatives tied to guest satisfaction and quality metrics.
• Contribute to People & Culture initiatives and employee engagement programs.
• Prepare training materials and communications, maintain records, answer inquiries.
