Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support day-to-day administration of our employee learning programs. You will manage LMS, maintain training records, coordinate onboarding, and help with content development and facilitation.

Working with the Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you will assist in creating training content, maintaining resources, and providing support for select training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, talent development, or related area.
• Experience coordinating training programs, onboarding, continuing education, or learning initiatives.
• Experience administering learning management systems, training databases, or HR technology platforms.
• Experience creating presentations, training materials, communications, documentation, or instructional content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer Thermo's learning and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, communications, enrollment tracking, attendance management, and program follow-up.
• Manage the day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, learning paths, certifications, reporting, and learner records.
• Support onboarding journey with a consistent experience from preboarding through early integration.
• Coordinate leadership development programs including Leadership Basecamp, Ascent, manager training, mentoring, and future initiatives.
• Assist with creation, maintenance, and updating of employee-facing learning materials and resources as needed.
• Assist with instructional design and content development for internal learning programs.
