Job summary

OPW, part of Dover Corporation, is seeking a Production Supervisor for our onsite team in Skokie, Illinois. You will lead daily production and warehouse activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity and on-time delivery, while coaching staff to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with five or more years in manufacturing supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree with three+ years in supervision preferred.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and warehouse activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity and on-time delivery.
• Lead lean initiatives and 5S to reduce waste and drive performance.
• Coach and develop employees with clear expectations and feedback.
• Ensure accurate production reporting and KPI tracking.
