Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supervision in a manufacturing setting with lean experience; education aligned (Associates or Bachelor's preferred). You will lead continuous improvement efforts, coach teams, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with five+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree with three+ years in supervisory/managerial role is preferred.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and warehouse activities to meet safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Assign work, adjust staffing, and monitor performance to remove barriers.
• Lead daily huddles, Gemba walks, and drive Lean improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production records and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
