Qualifications

• Associate degree with five+ years in manufacturing supervision is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in supervisory/managerial role preferred.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is essential.
• Experience in rail industry or regulated env is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and warehouse activities ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Assign work, prioritize activities, and adjust staffing to meet schedule.
• Lead daily huddles and drive accountability with visual management.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and improve performance.
