Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years supervisory experience OR HS diploma with 10+ years supervisory experience.
• 5+ years program/project management experience.
• Experience interfacing with Government CORs or military leadership to balance and deliver multi-track requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication with ability to manage high-visibility, time-critical activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative control, operational supervision, and technical leadership to contractor personnel across Quantico, VA and Landover, MD.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Government COR and JCITA leadership to prioritize and de-conflict curriculum, admin, and facility support requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of contract deliverables (CDRL A001, A003, A005) ahead of deadlines.
• Identify and address contractor performance issues; escalate risks to leadership and COR as needed.
• Adhere to core operating hours (0900–1500) and site coverage (0700–1700, Mon–Fri); manage 40-hour weeks and obtain COR approval for overtime.
• Oversee staffing continuity, retention, and 60-day replacement notice mandates for key roles.
• Ensure compliance with DIA info security, SCIF protocols, and cross-domain constraints.
