Job summary

Markon Solutions seeks a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-site intelligence community programs from Washington, DC. You will be accountable for contract performance, staffing, quality, schedule, and financial results.

Requirements include active TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in IC support services, and 5+ years in program management with P&L responsibility. You will coordinate with government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degree substitution allowed.
• 10+ years of Intelligence Community support services experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of accountability to CO/COR for program execution.
• Lead geographically distributed teams and multiple call orders.
• Oversee staffing, quality, schedules, deliverables, and overall contract performance.
• Manage program financial performance, including P&L and resource allocation.
• Exercise authority to commit resources and resolve program issues.
• Lead Monthly PMRs with clear reporting on performance, schedule, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.
