Job summary

The COGAR Group Ltd. seeks a full-time, on-site contract manager to oversee a government program. The role requires active TS clearance and Top Secret/SCI eligibility, with a BA/BS and at least one year of contract-management experience.

You will lead personnel security, scheduling, budgeting, and daily coordination with CO/COR and subcontractors. Based at the DLOC, this position demands continuous availability, direct government interface, and rigorous reporting on staffing, training, and

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• At least 1 year of experience managing large, multi-task contracts.
• On-site, full-time role with 24/7 availability for government contract.
• Experience interfacing with CO, COR, government reps, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel security access (requests, transfers, terminations).
• Ensure contract personnel’s access to government systems.
• Provide direct, daily communication with the COR.
• Report staffing levels and changes; supervise training and security clearance pipeline.
• Author and present Operations Program status and security/safety briefings.
• Conduct random quality control visits and participate in site visits.
