Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Pittsburgh to oversee daily maintenance operations for a multifamily property. You will lead a maintenance team, address work orders, manage make-ready schedules, and ensure facilities meet company standards.

The role is hands-on with supervisory duties, focusing on safety, resident satisfaction, and collaboration with the Property Management team. On-site, full-time schedule with additional on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in property management or hospitality.
• 1+ year of experience supervising two or more employees.
• 1+ years of experience in inventory control, ordering, & procurement.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across the property.
• Manage apartment turnover and keep the make-ready board current.
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff with hands-on help.
• Communicate with residents and management to ensure professional service.
• Maintain safety procedures and OSHA compliance for the team.
