Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily property in Chelsea, MA. You will oversee daily maintenance, supervise a small team, and ensure resident amenities and building systems meet our standards.

Role combines hands-on work with leadership: manage make-ready schedules, address work orders promptly, and train staff while maintaining a safety-first culture and OSHA-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in property management or hospitality environments.
• 1+ year of experience supervising two or more employees.
• 1+ years of experience of inventory control, ordering, & procurement.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bi-lingual Spanish ability is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across the property and respond to work orders.
• Manage apartment turnover by tracking make-ready activities and maintaining the make-ready board.
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members, leading by example.
• Communicate with residents and the Property Management team to minimize disruption.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance and train the team accordingly.
