Job summary

Two Coast Living, a real estate investment and property management company, is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a full-time on-site role at Manchester Lakes, Alexander, VA. You will oversee daily maintenance, supervise staff, respond to work orders, and ensure resident amenities meet safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate make-ready schedules, train team members, and collaborate with the Property Management group to deliver professional service with minimal disruption, while

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in property management or hospitality environments.
• 1+ year of experience supervising two or more employees.
• 1+ year of experience with inventory control, ordering, and procurement.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal certification required.
• CPO certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across the property.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff; lead by example.
• Oversee make-ready turnover and maintain the make-ready board.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and handle hazardous materials properly.
• Communicate with residents and Property Management to minimize disruption.
