Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for One Webster in Chelsea, MA. This hands-on supervisory role oversees daily maintenance, addresses work orders, and leads the maintenance staff to uphold property standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating make-readies, ensuring safety with OSHA compliance, and collaborating with the Property Management team to minimize resident disruption. A strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in property management or hospitality environments.
• 1+ year supervising two or more employees.
• 1+ years of inventory control, ordering, and procurement.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal required.
• CPO certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across the property, addressing work orders and preventing escalation.
• Manage apartment turnover by tracking make-ready activities and maintaining the make-ready board.
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members; lead by example in hands-on tasks.
• Communicate with residents and the Property Management team to ensure professional service and minimize disruption.
• Maintain safety by adhering to OSHA regulations and training the team.
