Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5+ years in property management or related experience.
• HVAC and/or CPO license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; golf cart operation required.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience supervising 2+ associates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and assign tasks.
• Perform and oversee repairs on property systems and equipment.
• Respond to and prioritize resident work orders.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedule.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property and safety compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records and manage budget.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
