Job summary

11Residential in Seattle is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance at our 19th & Mercer and Oslo communities. You will supervise technicians, schedule service requests, and ensure apartments and common areas meet our quality standards.

You will train staff, manage the maintenance budget, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with the property team to keep units ready for showings. Must have 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and be

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Proficient with property maintenance software (HappyCo preferred).
• Strong communication with management, teammates, and residents.
• Must meet safety standards and physical requirements.
• EPA license preferred; CAMT a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance activities for the community.
• Respond to and complete resident service requests.
• Complete make-ready activities for vacant units and ensure readiness.
• Conduct daily property walks and address maintenance needs.
• Oversee landscaping and exterior curb appeal.
• Manage maintenance budget and order supplies.
• Handle on-call emergencies outside normal hours.
