The ideal candidate has 3+ years in property maintenance or management, strong leadership, and hands-on skills with common building systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent.
• 6+ months supervisor experience with leadership skills.
• Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety best practices.
• Basic English data entry in software systems.
• Experience with Yardi or similar work order systems.
• Ability to supply own tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and leads maintenance team members.
• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Coordinates with leasing staff and managers for communication.
• Conducts monthly safety meetings and OSHA/SDS reporting.
• Schedules preventive maintenance and budget-conscious repairs.
• Maintains grounds and professional appearance of the property.
• Manages vendors and inventories; ensures quality service.
• Handles after-hours emergencies and resident service.
