Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, customer analytics, data science, or related fields.
• Experience supporting digital customer experiences, customer journey optimization, or omnichannel analytics.
• Demonstrated success presenting complex analytical insights to executive audiences.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making and analytical efficiency.
• Experience with large enterprise datasets and cloud-based analytics environments.

Responsibilities

• Own performance measurement and reporting for Billing & Payments experiences across digital and assisted channels.
• Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and scorecards to monitor customer engagement and outcomes.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes and quantify opportunities for strategic decisions.
• Translate findings into concise, executive-ready recommendations and partner with stakeholders.
• Leverage AI and ML tools to accelerate insight generation, anomaly detection, and forecasting.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations for leadership.
• Ensure data quality and governance across multiple platforms and repositories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive analytics-driven decisions.
