Job summary

AT&T is seeking an experienced analytics leader for an onsite role across multiple U.S. locations including Plano, TX. You will guide teams in analytics, BI, AI, and data science to deliver trusted insights for infrastructure, cloud, and FinOps.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration and outcome-driven product delivery. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of leadership in analytics, a strong BI/visualization background, and experience turning complex questions into clear data-driven

Qualifications

5+ years leading analytics, data science, or BI teams in an enterprise.
Experience translating complex questions into actionable analytics.
Strong knowledge of AI, analytics platforms, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics, BI, AI, and data science teams delivering enterprise insights.
Partner with data and platform engineers to turn data into trusted metrics and APIs.
Own strategy and delivery of analytics products for infrastructure, cloud, and FinOps.
Translate complex infra questions into dashboards, recommendations, and product capabilities.
Develop dashboards and analytical applications for technical and executive users.
Drive adoption of AI and advanced analytics to improve decision making.
