Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, and visualization tools.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate offer performance and identify actions.
• Evaluate overall offer efficiency across the portfolio including spend, profitability, and investment levels.
• Analyze drivers such as volume, ARPU, device and rate plan mix, and customer cohorts to understand performance.
• Develop insights and recommendations that inform offer design, gating, pricing, and promotional strategy.
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and scenario modeling to support forecasting and budgeting.
• Build test-and-learn frameworks and recurring efficiency reviews to improve performance and reduce spend.
• Collaborate with Offer Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and other analytics teams to translate findings into actions.
• Maintain executive dashboards and performance readouts for visibility into offer performance and ROI.
