Job summary

AT&T inc. in Dallas is seeking a Lead Data/AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade data and AI applications. The role covers Databricks apps, AI solutions, data pipelines, and cloud enablement across Snowflake, Azure, and ADLS, with strong governance and security.

You will collaborate with business partners, own end-to-end delivery, and apply MLOps practices to keep AI systems accurate and scalable in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience building production-grade data and AI solutions.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Databricks Application Development: Design, build, deploy, and support production-grade Databricks applications.
• AI Engineering: Design, build, and operationalize AI and ML solutions for business needs.
• Data Engineering & Pipelines: Design, build, and support scalable ETL/data pipelines.
• Cloud & Platform Enablement: Develop and integrate across Snowflake, Azure, ADLS, Databricks, APIs.
• AI Operations & Quality: Implement MLOps practices for reliable AI systems.
