Job summary

BEPC Inc. is actively seeking a Launch and Lifecycle Manager for our client site in Indianapolis, IN. The role supports readiness from R&D launch decisions through manufacturing, supply chain, and commercialization phases for Near Patient Care products.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in manufacturing project management or supply chain, with SAP, Design Control, and Agile knowledge. This is a 12-month W2 contract, onsite only, with pay Rate $35.00-$39.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related function.
• Three or more years of experience in Manufacturing Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of SAP, the Design Control process, and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework concepts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Passion for driving change.

Responsibilities

• Determine launch and lifecycle change requirements.
• Prepare and manage project plans and schedules for implementation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks under GxP guidelines.
• Contribute to cross-functional launch and lifecycle teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve launch milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prepare products for obsolescence or phase-out.
• Identify requirements for product variants.
• Prepare product representations in SAP, including master data.
• Participate in strategic and special projects as needed.
• Strive for continuous optimization by proactively identifying and removing roadblocks and risks.
