Job summary

Siemens seeks a New Product Introduction Project Manager for permanent Wendell NC employment with significant onsite work in San Francisco, CA for the first 12-18 months. You will lead complex NPI launches from planning through ramp-up, coordinating multiple functions to ensure safe, reliable, and on-time manufacturing outcomes.

The role requires BS/BA in a STEM field, experience in manufacturing projects, PMP is preferred, and strong collaboration with suppliers, operations and leadership teams

Qualifications

• BS/BA required in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related STEM field.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing projects and product launches.
• Ability to coordinate across product development, equipment engineering, suppliers and operations.
• Data-driven with strong scheduling, cost, risk and launch readiness focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI launch projects from definition to ramp-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, process and equipment engineering, automation, purchasing and operations.
• Drive equipment and automation readiness, testing, installation and validation.
• Maintain timelines, budgets, risk plans and executive progress reporting.
• Escalate and resolve high-impact, cross-functional issues to stay on schedule.
