Job summary

UST in New Jersey seeks a Project Manager for NPI & Launch Readiness to lead global supply chain activities, aligning regulatory submission, approval, and commercialization timelines with manufacturing, procurement, and distribution planning.

You will partner with Regulatory Affairs, MSAT, Quality, and IT to ensure GMP/GDP compliance, data readiness, and successful site registrations, driving risk management and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated healthcare supply chain.
• Experience supporting new product introductions, commercialization, or technology transfers.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge including planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Experience with SAP and enterprise ERP platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across global projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain development activities for global NPI and lifecycle initiatives.
• Develop and execute end-to-end launch readiness plans aligned with regulatory timelines.
• Partner with Regulatory Affairs on filing strategies and market authorization requirements.
• Translate milestones into manufacturing, procurement, distribution, and inventory needs.
• Coordinate activities to support regulatory submissions, registrations, and launches.
• Lead planning for validation, process qualification, and data generation.
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliance across supply chain activities.
• Present readiness updates to senior leadership and drive improvements.
