Qualifications

• BS/BA required in engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or related STEM field.
• 8+ years leading complex manufacturing or product-launch projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across development, equipment, suppliers, operations, quality, and launch readiness.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in cross-functional settings.
• Willingness to work on site in San Francisco during critical phases and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction launches from planning through ramp-up and stabilization.
• Build and manage integrated launch plans across R&D, product development, process and equipment engineering, automation, purchasing, and operations.
• Drive equipment and automation readiness, supplier selection, testing, installation, and validation.
• Maintain timelines, budgets, risk registers, and executive progress reporting.
• Escalate high-impact issues and ensure launches stay aligned to schedule, budget, and quality.
