Job summary

Gestamp in Union, SC is seeking an MP&L program-launch coordinator to support new programs and track milestones using GPCS, Teamcenter, and Ariba. You will work with Program Managers on special projects and help maintain master data for successful launches.

Responsibilities include PFEP development, BOM upkeep, and optimizing material flow while ensuring on-time delivery and budget reporting. Strong Excel and office software skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of Automotive-related experience in Program Launch, MP&L lead.
• Experience with PFEP and product launch timelines.
• Experience on Team Center PLM, PJM, CAD, and TCM Modules preferred.
• Computer skills with Word, PowerPoint, and complex Excel spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/monitor new product launches using GPCS/Ariba.
• Track PCP milestones and internal KPIs with Teamcenter.
• Support project-specific master data for programs.
• Schedule and host MP&L reviews with PM teams.
• RFQ development/purchasing & PM interface.
• Create PRs/GRs/VIM invoices in Ariba.
• Report program status and budget timing.
• Coordinate material flow and warehouse optimization for launches.
• Oversee BOM upkeep and SAP supplier setup.
