BEPC Inc. is actively seeking a Launch and Lifecycle Manager for our client site in Indianapolis, IN. The role supports readiness from R&D launch decisions through manufacturing, supply chain, and commercialization phases for Near Patient Care products.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in manufacturing project management or supply chain, with SAP, Design Control, and Agile knowledge. This is a 12-month W2 contract, onsite only, with pay Rate $35.00-$39.00 per hour.

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Launch and Lifecycle Manager to join our client’s site in Indianapolis, IN. This role will support operational launch readiness for the Near Patient Care portfolio, from R&D launch decisions through manufacturing operations, supply chain, and commercialization phases.
Near Patient Care is a customer area committed to enabling sustainable healthcare systems with accurate diagnostics in decentralized healthcare settings across the continuum of care—from the home, pharmacy, and physician’s office to the emergency department and hospital. The organization aims to go beyond testing by building on a foundation of digitally integrated, personalized solutions to deliver innovation closest to patients.
Launch Excellence is a global function within Near Patient Care Operations in Mannheim and Indianapolis. It is responsible for providing lifecycle and master data updates and system readiness for the Near Patient Care product portfolio, including Continuous Glucose Monitoring and Blood Glucose Monitoring.
The Launch and Lifecycle Manager will define requirements for new product launches and lifecycle changes in alignment with relevant functions within Diagnostics Global Operations. This position will prepare and manage project plans for new product launches, lifecycle changes, and product obsolescence; coordinate and contribute to cross-functional teams; collaborate closely with master data experts; and proactively identify and remove roadblocks and risks.
