Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise a field crew, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely completion of landscape maintenance projects. You will train crew members, plan work, assign tasks, manage materials and equipment, and address client needs on site.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to project specs, and clear client communication, reporting to an Operations Manager. Excellent leadership and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional landscaping or garden maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and horticultural practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train crew to complete projects on time.
• Schedule work and follow job specifications, including materials and timelines.
• Maintain safety and comply with PPE and company guidelines.
• Communicate with onsite clients as outlined in the plan.
• Inspect sites and manage materials and equipment.
