Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise a landscaping crew on job sites, ensuring safe, efficient work that meets quality standards and schedules. You will train crew members, plan tasks, manage equipment, and liaise with clients to resolve issues.

The role requires at least two years in landscape maintenance, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of irrigation and horticultural practices is valued; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional landscape maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current State Technician and/or Applicator license preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of irrigation systems.
• General knowledge of horticultural and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew on job sites and ensure safety and efficiency while delivering quality work on time.
• Develop and train crew members; plan, assign, and direct work.
• Maintain materials and equipment and address customer issues.
• Inspect job sites, address punch lists, and communicate with onsite clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards.
