• Able to operate landscape maintenance equipment and perform field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew on job sites to ensure safety and quality.
• Create schedules and follow project specifications (materials and timelines).
• Train crew members and monitor performance to meet standards.
• Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance protocols.
• Inspect sites weekly and address punch lists and client concerns.
• Communicate with onsite clients per the communication plan.
