Job summary

UCHealth PVH Lab Support in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a hands-on leader to manage daily department operations and align with organizational goals. This onsite role offers a daytime schedule with full-time hours and an hourly pay range based on experience.

The successful candidate will supervise staff, oversee scheduling and payroll, and monitor budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) by AMT or ASCP or categorical ASCP certification.
• Minimum 2 years related experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing departmental goals aligning with strategic plan.
• Manage staff relations including performance management, scheduling, payroll, and student engagements.
• Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations; justify needs for systems/equipment and supplies.
