Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an Onsite Program Administrator to coordinate service deliveries for customers, interfacing with partners and 3rd party providers. The role involves managing scheduled services and unanticipated events, with an onsite schedule Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities include providing admin support, coordinating service orders, and ensuring proper training and clearances for field personnel.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Ability to effectively plan and prioritize activities.
• Demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to our partners’ customers.
• Coordinate service deliveries and scheduling with vendors and third-party providers.
• Communicate with customers to set expectations and update on service status.
• Manage initial assessment of needed repairs and route to proper repair channel.
• Ensure service personnel dispatched have required training and clearances.
