Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an Onsite Technical Coordinator to provide hands-on IT support within a fast-paced onsite operation. This role will manage asset check-in/out, inventory, hardware troubleshooting, and day-to-day help desk requests, ensuring devices and access are prepared for staff.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, with 1–3 years in IT support in a similar setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• Experience in IT support, desktop support or help desk is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain asset records.
• Good communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• IT asset check-in/check-out and inventory management for devices and peripherals.
• Hardware troubleshooting and help desk support for onsite staff.
• Create and track IT tickets; escalate when needed.
• Support new hires with equipment and access; maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and IT teams to minimize downtime.
