Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an Onsite Technical Coordinator to provide hands-on technology and IT support within a fast-paced onsite operation. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for employees needing assistance with IT equipment, system access, hardware troubleshooting, and general technical support.

Contract Duration: Immediate start through a date on or around December 31, 2026 with a project completion bonus of 20% upon milestones or final delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or IT certification preferred.
• 1-3 years in IT support or related roles preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Basic Windows, Microsoft 365, network, and account troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems preferred.
• Experience managing technology inventory or deployment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Able to work in fast-paced onsite environment.
• 18+ years old; able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• IT asset check-in/out and asset tracking of laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals.
• Maintain inventory records, serial numbers, and audits.
• Hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Provide tier 1 IT support for onsite employees.
• Manage support tickets and escalate as needed.
• Support new hires with equipment and access.
• Ensure workstation readiness and technology readiness.
• Troubleshoot Windows, network, and software access issues.
• Document support activity and asset movements.
• Collaborate with onsite leadership and IT teams.
• Deliver professional, helpful technical assistance.
• Follow IT security and asset handling policies.
